Built to last
1 year warranty on our workmanship
We don't build campervans expecting you'll need the warranty. We build them carefully, using proven materials, well-designed systems and components chosen to last.
Still, should something go wrong, every conversion includes a one-year warranty on our workmanship, starting from the date the vehicle is delivered.
What the warranty covers
This covers defects caused by the construction or installation work carried out by VictoryVans. Individual appliances and components are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
What is not covered
Damage caused by normal wear, accidents, improper use, insufficient maintenance, third-party modifications or work carried out by others is not covered.
Annual check-up
Every build includes a check-up around one year after delivery. During this appointment, we inspect the conversion, moving mechanisms, plumbing, electrical installation, sealants and other important connection points.
Our one-year warranty is an additional VictoryVans guarantee and does not affect any statutory rights you may have under Dutch consumer law.
